CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
  • Due to Covid and the CDC health guidelines we are not accepting exchanges or returns at this time. All sales are final.

DOES CLOTHING RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
  • Most of our clothing are true to size, but there are items that run smaller or bigger. If this is the case, we will be sure to make note of it in the product description of the item. If you believe you are in between sizes, we suggest the next size up.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP PRODUCT?
  • Generally, shipping is 3-5 business days after processing, weekends excluded. However, due to high demands and shipping delays across the country please allow additional time for your order to be shipped out. HOUSE OF LAYLA MARIE is not liable for shipping companies delay, any misrouted or lost package. All claims are filed through USPS directly.
  • We ship via USPS. All options are provided via checkout.
  • DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
  • Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Additionally, all orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Why haven’t I received updates after my confirmation email? Once you place an order it begins processing the next business day. After processing, your order is prepped and packaged to be shipped. You will not receive the tracking number until your order is packaged to ship out the same day you receive your tracking information.
